I just wanted to write you a letter to thank you for the work your company did for us at our Lewisville location.  When we bought the building, much of it was in disrepair.  After you guys finished, we are very happy to be here and are proud of our location.

We were also impressed with the way that Dan handled any problem that came up.  Dan usually knew about problems when we saw them and usually had either already corrected them, or had plans to.  It was really nice to deal with someone who is watching out for the client and took pride in his work.

We are so happy, that when we needed other work done on the remainder of the building, we contracted with you again today to have that work done as well.

Because of the reputation of Longacre Construction in the local community, I contacted them to provide an estimate.  With minimal funds, we were able to work within our tiny budget to remodel the unit into what is a lovely, usable facility for our girls and volunteers.  Without the support of Longacre Construction, we could have never begun to remodel this space into any remotely attractive.  Both Carol and Dan were exceptionally accommodating and went the extra mile.

Just a quick note that I meant to send weeks ago.  I don't know if Daryl mentioned to you that he was at the house on December 22nd taking care of those last minute items when our furniture was delivered for the room.  The sofa was more than a challenge to get in around  the corners and the moving people had decided to give up.  Daryl convinced them to try on or two more options, moving the sofa into the attic space first, etc. and he helped pull and push the thing into the room.

I really really appreciated him stepping in and helping out.  This was the day before my sister and her family were to arrive and we were desperate to have the space together.  I told him thank you, but please tell him again how much I appreciate everything he did for us that day!
