Longacre Construction Company exists to provide extraordinary service and improve the quality of life in our clients' homes or businesses. We are an award-winning residential and commercial design/build remodeling company. We have been serving satisfied clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since 1991.
Owners Daniel Longacre (CGR, CAPS, CGP) and Carol Longacre ( CGR, CAPS, CGP), and their employees, are committed to providing clients with the best remodeling experience possible, no matter the size or scope of the project. LCC provides the full spectrum of Design/Build services from kitchens, bathrooms, game rooms, and mother-in-law suites to exterior projects like “Man Porches”, decks, and outdoor living environments. In addition, we provide complete commercial renovations for business owners wanting a new look.

Dan founded the company in 1986. He has many years of construction knowledge and has earned his Certified Graduate Remodelor, Certified Master Builder, Certified Green Professional and Certified Aging in Place designation from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Carol joined the company on a part time basis in 1990 and full time in 1997. Carol has also earned her Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Aging in Place, Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Professional designations from the National Association of Homebuilders. Carol currently serves as the first vice president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, Chair of the Remodelers Council for the Texas Association of Builders, and on the Board of Directors at the National Association of Homebuilders.
